The first 4 hours for advisory-led services are free. After that, delivery is billed at discretionary standard rates and the profit is used to fund free SMB support and the managed security service mission.

Aid+ is used for deeper assessments, architecture, premium reporting, managed review workflows and specialist delivery that usually would not be sustainable as a free service.
