Privacy
How Security Aid handles information submitted through this website.
Information you provide
Security Aid may receive the details you submit through contact, free-support, membership, sponsorship or volunteer forms. This can include your name, organisation, contact details and the information you choose to include in your message.
Please do not submit passwords, private keys, live credentials, authentication tokens or confidential incident evidence through a general website form.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, assess whether Security Aid can provide support, administer an agreed service or maintain a relevant organisational relationship.
Security tools
Some public tools perform analysis in the browser, while tools that require external enrichment or server processing may send the submitted input to Security Aid infrastructure. Each tool should be reviewed before sensitive client data is submitted. Tool output must be validated before it is used to make a security or incident-response decision.
Security engagements
Where an engagement is accepted, information handling, scope, evidence collection and retention requirements will be agreed before work begins. Security Aid will not test a system based only on a URL submitted through this website.
